Adrian says…”Plenty of feeling in this match, as both sides head up to Gosford for what should be a cracker of a game. Manly have been impressive this season, sitting in second place just one win behind the Storm. The Tigers haven’t been at their best all year, due to a number of factors, but are in seventh spot and poised to shoot up the ladder if they throw together a few good wins. Add to this the Matai/Farah incident from last year, as well as a pre-season charity cricket game that didn’t sit well with a few people, and you can expect plenty of big hits. I can also see plenty of points being scored by both sides, with Manly’s lowest score at Bluetongue Stadium standing at 28pts. I’m backing the Sea Eagles, and most of the tipsters agree with me, but it’s the sort of game that you just never know what will happen…”

Fremantle v Hawthorn

The Phantom says…“The last time these sides met (Round 11), the Hawks got home over Freo at the MCG by 22 points. Fremantle are still missing Sandilands, but the Hawks’ ruck stocks aren’t really their strength. Buddy and Rioli might just have a field day at Patersons Stadium, and the Hawks surely can get a good win away here. They’ll be looking for revenge, especially after being knocked out of the finals at the same ground last year.”
