Watch the iPhone 5 announcement
Yes, we know it’s not strictly sporting-related, but overnight (Australian time) Apple unveiled the iPhone 5. This would be one of those times the “other stuff” part of our tagline comes into play. There was one (albeit small) relevant piece of info for us though… Read more…
The Drawing Board (24/08/2012)
Hello and welcome to Who’s Playing Who?’s weekly rugby blog. This week saw the start of the new Rugby Championship tournament with Argentina making their long awaited debut in a major international competition. This week’s action has taken its toll, with the Wallabies (David Pocock), Springboks (Bismarck du Plessis) and Pumas (Juan Martin Hernandez) suffering long term injuries. It will remain to be seen how much the teams miss their respective stars. Read more…
The Punt #39
We had three winners last week, with Tomo continuing his good form, Matt getting himself in the black, and Adrian finally grabbing his first win of the year. Despite this, he is still firmly rooted to the bottom of the ladder, so will need to continue to win if he is any chance of moving away from the wooden spoon position. Who are our punters backing this week?
The Punt #38
So James again gets a good collect, pushing him further out in front, while David pushes himself into third with a collect as well. Neither of Tomo’s punts from the last two weeks have got up, hence his double loss this week, and Adrian’s streak continues. This week he’s gone to extreme lengths to get a win, but how far will he go?
The Punt #37
James is on a roll, another victory, and after this one he has taken the lead in the competition, although Tomo’s bets are still on the table, so by next week we could have him back at the top. Unfortunately Adrian is still without a win, but this week he has chosen a different route. Who is Adrian entrusting to get him out of his slump?

The Monday Wrap – 17/10/11
Again another massive weekend of sport, and another weekend of disappointing results for Australia (unfortunately). In this week’s Monday Wrap – The Wallabies are out of the World Cup, the Kangaroos dominated the Kiwis in the rugby league, Australia’s tour of South Africa got underway, and much more. Read more…
The Monday Wrap – 10/10/11
The Monday Wrap returns following a massive weekend of sport, and one enthused (by sport), yet heavily bored (by other things) author. Trying not to miss anything I’ll take a look at the return of the A-League, the Champions League Twenty20 finals, the Rugby World Cup quarter finals (although I’ll leave the main analysis to our man on the ground and the best in the business Shippy) as well as the battle for Brookvale version two. All that and more in The Monday Wrap! Read more…
