The Punt #97

No winners just yet, but Tomo backed Nadal to win the French Open, so we’ll wait on that one. Plenty happening, let’s see where the money is this week.

UPDATE: Tomo won! With his big win, he’s shot up into first spot. Updates from Punt #97 in #98 later this week.

(Total)(Change from last week)

1. Tomo (+$85.40) (+$118.30)

2. Matt (+$4.30) (-$10)

3. David (-$36.90) (-$10)

4. Adrian (-$60.50) (-$10)

5. James (-$71.60) (-$10)

ICC Champions League – England def Australia @ $1.75 – With Michael Clarke now out of this game, and following from the deplorable batting performance in the warm up game against India, surely the Aussies can’t win.

WCQ – Australia def Jordan @ $1.25 – As long as the Aussies play with the attacking intent they did against Japan (albeit counter-attacking), they shouldn’t have any issues taking down Jordan in Melbourne.

= $2.18

NRL – Tigers def. Panthers @ $4.40 – The Tigers have a great record against Penrith, and I feel an upset is a real possibility.

WCQ – Australia def. Jordan @ $1.25 – Katie Price shouldn’t pose too much of a threat for the Socceroos.

= $5.50

Rugby – All Blacks vs. France – All Blacks 13+ @ $1.50 – A rematch of the 2011 RWC sees France return to NZ. While some of the faces may be different, I expect the All Blacks to roll in their first game of the season.

NBA Finals Gm2 – Heat vs. Spurs – Heat @ $1.40 – After losing to an insane Tony Parker buzzer beater, I expect the Heat supporting cast to come out and actually support LeBron.

= $2.10
