SRg R18 – Crusaders-Force 14/07 – Team & Margin – Crusaders 13+ @ $1.15 – A safe choice and the Crusadesr should have no trouble. Although in saying that, the Crusaders have been known to take the Force too lightly and that has hurt them in the past. But after that impressive win against the Chief last week, expect the Crusaders to turn it up another gear as they prepare for the playoffs.

NRL R19 Melbourne-Nth Qld IncExT 14/07 – Head to Head – Melbourne @ $1.48 – The Fire Rises! More interesting than the game is the promotional use of the The Dark Knight Rises logo on the Storm’s jerseys. Just. So. Awesome. Will Batman himself be there? Is that why Bane is able to assault Gotham?

SRg R18 Hurricanes-Chiefs 13/07 – Chiefs @ $1.53 – Victor Vito is back for the Hurricanes and that is a big boost for them. The Chiefs are losing Sonny Bill Williams, but he will still be there for this game, and should add his incomparable skill levels to what should be a quality game, and possibly also the most entertaining clash, of the weekend. The Hurricanes need five points to stay in contention and the Chiefs want five to knock the Stormers out of contention for top spot, so we should expect a lot of tries. In my book the Chiefs have a slight edge, even away from home.

SRg R18 Brumbies-Blues 14/07 – Brumbies @ $1.36 – The Blues are running into late season form and are starting to become the unpredictable team that could be a problem for Jake White’s Brumbies. The Brumbies though need just one log point to ensure top spot in the Australian conference, and it will be a surprise if they don’t manage at least that. It should be close though, with plenty nails being gnawed by both Brumbies and Reds fans. The Brumbies should still be able to just take this one.
